Trial & Subscription Billing

BA Nation LLC offers various subscription plans that may include trial periods of different lengths (such as 7 days, 14 days, 30 days, or other promotional trial periods), as disclosed at checkout.

• Any trial length, setup fee, and recurring subscription price will be clearly displayed during checkout.
• After the applicable trial period ends, your payment method on file will be automatically charged the recurring subscription amount shown at checkout unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or as otherwise stated at checkout) and will continue until canceled.

By completing your purchase, you authorize BA Nation LLC to charge your payment method for all applicable fees in accordance with these terms.


How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time by following these steps:

Log in to your account at:
[Insert Your App Login URL]

Click “Settings” in the bottom-left navigation

Select “Billing” or “Company Billing”

Choose the option to cancel your subscription

If for any reason you do not see the option to cancel in your account, please email [email protected] for assistance.

To avoid being charged, cancel before the end of your trial period or your next billing date.

Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current trial or billing period, and no future charges will be made.


Refund Policy (30-Day Refund Window)

We offer a 30-day refund window from the date of your first paid subscription charge (not from the trial start date).

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days by emailing [email protected].

Please note:

• Refunds apply only to your initial subscription payment
• Refunds are not available for renewal payments after the initial 30-day window
• Refunds are not provided for partial months, unused services, or failure to cancel after the refund window
• Non-use of the platform does not automatically qualify for a refund

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


Usage-Based Charges (Pay-As-You-Go)

Some features within BA Nation, including but not limited to emails, SMS/text messages, phone calls, AI usage, and other communication services, may be billed on a usage basis and are not included in the base subscription price unless otherwise stated.

Usage-based charges are calculated based on actual usage and may include rates such as:

• Email sends (per email)
• SMS/text messages (per segment)
• Inbound and outbound phone calls (per minute)
• AI-generated content usage
• Other communication or automation fees

Applicable rates will be displayed within your account and may vary based on region, carrier, and usage type. These charges are billed automatically to the payment method on file as they are incurred.

It is your responsibility to monitor usage within your account dashboard.


Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment attempt fails, we may retry the charge using the payment method on file. If payment cannot be successfully processed, access to services may be suspended or terminated until payment is resolved.

You remain responsible for any outstanding balances.


Changes to Billing Terms

BA Nation LLC reserves the right to update subscription pricing, trial terms, or billing policies with advance notice. Any changes will apply to future billing cycles only.

Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
